| October 2007 - Shona Saved The Day We hit a couple days of rainy weather right in the middle of our 2007 Grouse Camp week. After a day and half of pretty much getting washed out and frustrated by the weather, we finally caught a little break around mid-afternoon on Thursday. I grabbed Shona and hustled out to one of my favorite spots to get things going again. Our young lady had one fantastic outing! We quickly put three doodles in the bag and then she stuck points on two nice ruffs for me. It was a short and sweet hunt that really salvaged the day and my mood. Nice job, little honey! |
