| October 2007 - Fairweather Blind Mate Julie makes no bones about her intolerance for cold weather and her need for creature comforts in the duck blind (i.e. - note the quad chairs and cup of coffee). The weather on our Cando duck hunt was actually pretty decent - cool and rainy - but not that bad. Me and the dogs were loving it, but Jules would have much rather been gunning for sharpies in the sunshine. But even bundled up like a tick ready to pop, she still took her toll on the ducks that week. I doubt, however, you'll ever see her trying to shoot divers in squally weather out on big water though. Too each their own... |
