Parker possesses tremendous style, loyalty, and true versatility. Both his sire and dam are proven dual dogs
with both conformation and Hunt Test accolades to their names. The pedigree of his parents and their
ancestors speaks volumes about what he has to offer. His sire is the legendary INT CH VC Shooting Starr’s
Sharp Shooter MH out of Clyde and Marilyn Vetter’s Sharp Shooter’s Kennel and his dam is Lexus V Jaegerhof
MH (UT 201 Prize I) out of Garbonita’s GSP’s of Mohave Valley, AZ. Lexus has several show points and both
bring fantastic good looks to the equation.

Parker is the perfect combination of his parents. His cooperative nature allows him to be easily taught and
requires minimal upkeep to retain his training. Parker has proven he can withstand intensive training and
still hunts with exuberance. He systematically covers a field, instinctively using the wind to locate game. Two
aspects I really appreciate are his natural abilities to back and retrieve (land & water). Parker’s combination of
desire and biddability make him a joy to train, hunt over and live with.

His deep, liver color, dark eyes, and graceful movement make him a dog people take a second look at. Parker
brings forward the breed strengths in conformational correctness, exceptional hunting traits and excellent
personality that have made this breed so popular today.

Parker is from a NAVHDA Natural Ability Breeder Award and Utility Breeder Award litter. At 14 months of
age, he received a Prize I 108 points, in the NAVHDA Natural Ability test. At age two, he received a Prize II 178
points in the NAVHDA Utility Preparatory test. Then in September 2007, Parker earned a Prize I 204 in the
NAVHDA Utility Test. Changing over to the conformation ring in November 2007, he earned the title of
International Champion. Parker’s abilities really showed through when he secured the title of Master Hunter.
He obtained the 6 required legs of the Master Hunter test in only 8 tries. What really makes me proud is he
has accomplished all of this with a novice trainer/handler.

As a personal home companion, he is the best! Parker is a dog people connect with instantly. His warm and
affectionate personality blends perfectly with his animated spirit. When he cocks his head and gives you a
look, you get a strong sense all he wants to do is please you.

When Clyde Vetter and Anita Weiss decided to breed Parker’s parents they made the right choice. They
produced a very desirable dog that every bird hunter would feel privileged to own – I know I do.
